This array of keypads and cables can extend the flexibility and adaptability of Yaskawa AC drives. These options may be factory installed or field installed.

Keypad Options

LCD Digital Operator

This option is the standard digital operator found on the drive. This option is only required if the original digital operator is lost or damaged. If used as a remote operator, the standard digital operator may be used, but then requires Installation Set A (EZZ020642A) for panel or set B (EZZ020642B) for panel or door mounting and Remote Operator Cable (UWR0051 or UWR0052), each sold separately.

LCD Digital Operator Kit

Option UOP000022 contains JVOP-180CR Digital Operator wit Real Time Clock (RTC) and an outdoor viewable LCD display. This option may be mounted remotely on a panel or door. Remote mounting requires Installation Set A (EZZ020642A) or Set B (EZZ020642B) for panel or door mounting and a Remote Operator Cable (UWR0051 or UWR0052), each sold separately.

Features include: LCD keypad display, 5 lines x 16 characters, backlit, 7 languages, copy function.

Mounting Kits

Operator Kits, UL Type 3R/UL Type 4X

This option is used to extend an LCD or LED Digital Remote Operator to the wall of a separately priced, oversized UL Type 3R, 4, 4X, or 12 enclosure(IPX6 environment). Price includes a faceplate bezel with digital operator brackets and membrane to cover the operator cutout in the enclosure door, a 3-foot cable, a 10-foot cable, and a 1:1 template for cutting the necessary cutouts in the enclosure. Keypad can be removed after kit installation. Designed for use with 1000 series Digital Remote Operators (sold separately). Connects to RJ-45 port and mounts to enclosure wall.

UL Rated Remote Operator / Mounting Kit

This option provides all you will need to remotely mount the drive's Digital Operator to the door/wall of a separately priced, oversized UL Type 1, 3R, 4, 4X, or 12 enclosure (IPX6 environment). This kit includes: One UOP000022 (JVOP-180CR) Digital Operator providing RTC, HOA, and outdoor rated LCD display, a faceplate bezel with digital operator brackets and membrane to cover the operator cutout in the enclosure door, a 3-foot cable, a 10-foot cable, and a 1:1 template for cutting the necessary cutouts in the enclosure. Mounting hardware is included. Keypad can be removed after kit installation. Connects to RJ-45 port and mounts to enclosure wall.

USB Copy Unit (Y-Stick)

This option allows the drive to connect to the USB port on a PC. It can read, copy and verify drive parameter settings from one drive to another like drive. The unit plugs into the RJ-45 port on the front of the digital operator.

CopyUnitManager PC Software

CopyUnitManager is a PC software program that works along with the Y-Stick Copy Unit (JVOP-181) that allows the user to transfer and save parameter files from the Y-Stick to a PC and vice versa. The CopyUnitManager software can be used to save parameter files for a variety of drive sizes and parameter configurations. Simply configure the drive parameters, transfer them to the Y-Stick Copy Unit, then save them to your PC for backup or for quickly downloading multiple drives.
