Support includes jobsite startup or service, local Authorized Service Providers, factory repairs, replacement parts, in-warranty repair and exchange programs, online FAQs and instruction manuals. Support information covers brand-labeled drives, sold through former Yaskawa partnerships such as MagneTek, EMS, Saftronics and Omron/IDM.
The type of support available is displayed in the product support table for Inverter Drives and includes legacy and obsolete models. These tables also provide links to support documentation, FAQs, and when applicable retrofit/upgrade assistance. To find parts for MagneTek, EMS, Saftronics, and Omron/IDM drives, locate the Yaskawa equivalent model # in the cross-reference charts.
