|Answer:||Motor torque will be reduced from a drop in voltage over the cable length. When using lengthy wires with the inverter and the motor, use wires that are thick enough to assist in reducing cable loss. Drive V/f characteristics may need adjusting to compensate for cable losses . The carrier frequency should typically be reduced as follows based on the cable length. up to 50 meters: under 10kHz. Up to 100 meters, under 5 kHz.|
