Yaskawa support policies for Inverter Drives include providing replacement parts for owner repair of failed products. This applies to Active Drives and also to Legacy Drives which are no longer in production. Obsolete Drives are those of such age that they can no longer be supported by repairs of any type and parts are no longer available. To determine the status of an Inverter Drive and replacement parts availability, check the Support Available Table.
Parts are normally sold to customers with existing accounts and through authorized channels, such as Yaskawa distributors or service providers. Emergency breakdowns are always accommodated.
